# SubnetPanel

> SubnetPanel helps businesses buy or lease IPv4 address blocks and manage their IP operations in Cockpit.

Cockpit is the customer workspace for IP blocks, leases, RPKI/ROA, reverse DNS, contracts, authorization documents and invoices. RPKI/ROA authorizes an origin network to announce a prefix; a Letter of Authorization (LOA) documents permission to use the address space.

Availability, exact prices, discounts, contract lengths and included services depend on the selected block and order. Use the current inventory and quote for decisions; the homepage's starting prices are not a binding quote. Routing setup also depends on the customer's network or hosting provider. The embedded Cockpit preview uses sample data, not live inventory or customer records.

Customers can connect their agent from Cockpit > API Keys using the MCP address shown there, then approve the OAuth request in SubnetPanel. After consent, the agent can search available subnets, get rental quotes, prepare rental requests for the customer to review, list the customer's leases and invoices, and check rental-request status. The customer completes checkout and signs the contract in SubnetPanel; the agent can follow the request after those steps. Access is limited to the customer's account and these operations. An agent cannot approve a request, pay, or sign on the customer's behalf.
